IntentNotes was created from a simple belief:
what we choose to focus on shapes how we feel, live, and move through the world.

We turn simple, beautiful objects into anchors for intention.
Affirmation notes, fragrances, mugs, journals, apparel.

Each one gently reminds you: You have a choice.

At the center of everything we create are six intentions: HOPE,KIND, JOY, CALM, LOVE, LUCK

Each piece is labeled with “i choose…” because intention isn’t something you find once - it’s something you practice.
These are small, yet powerful decisions - made again and again.

We believe intention extends beyond what we feel, into how things are made.
We hand-craft on the North Shore of Boston, print on demand to reduce our carbon footprint, thoughtfully source our materials, work with local partners whenever possible, never test on animals.

Mindful living doesn’t have to be complicated. Sometimes, it begins with a single note.

Celestial Map

Here’s our celestial map that helps us set affirmations throughout the day. Join us!


1. At sunrise we find HOPE with the Horizon Watcher – the "Blue Hour" just before sunrise over the ocean. We’ll do visualization exercise by looking beyond the horizon to see ourselves where we want to be.
2. At the sun’s first blush we find KIND with the Cloud Shifter – the gentle morning sun guides us to look up at a sky of soft, slow-moving clouds that graciously transition from one shape to another without effort. We’ll do active imagination exercise by interpreting cloud shapes.
3. At the apex of light we find JOY with the Sun Seeker – high noon, when the sun is at its peak and shadows disappear. We’ll burst into sunshine. Jump with joy. Do deep belly laughs. We’ll do a mid-day reset that encourages movement and laughter meditation for release of stagnant energy.
4. As the sun mellows we find CALM with the Wave Whisper – all around us is a single, long exhale that synchronizes with the rhythm of the soft waves. It’s time to slow down – we’ll do a breathing exercise. Watch the waves... breathe out as they move out, breathe in as they return.
5. At the golden hour we find LOVE with the Golden Glow - that honey-thick light right before sunset that makes everything look beautiful! We’ll do tactile mindfulness exercise by a quick body-scan to feel and give love through the power of touch.
6. As the sun goes to rest we find LUCK with the Star Catcher - spotting a shooting star that appears, leaving a trail of magic. We’ll embrace our destiny feeling this magic, knowing that the universe is conspiring in our favor.

We’ll do evening reflection that sets the path for the hopeful intention with which we’ll open the next day.
